We provide deeper dives on  key capabilities  of Leadership and Management. These workshops can be  of 90 minute or 180 Minute duration and are delivered virtually:-

• as additions to our programs. 
• refresh of programs or 
• Independently  in addressing a need of the organisation

We have a menu of workshops that are based on current practices and can be customised  to include organisational imperatives

Understanding and  managing those conflicts successfully requires highly developed negotiation and influencing  skills The Managing Conflict Deeper Dive explores the drivers of conflict and techniques to  consider to successfully intervene and facilitate positive outcomes 

Communication is not only only about the words it heavily relies on body language and the tone of the speaker. Learn in this workshop how to be more effective in your communication, by understanding the different  communication styles. 

Plus tips and guidance on how to be a more influential communicator
