The Influential Leader

 For Managers of Managers or Leading Multi Discipline Teams

  

 Utilising best practice leadership principles to develop capability in leadership and management behaviours to build high performing teams.

  • Exploring the participant WHY as a leader and their leadership frame.
  • cultivating motivation and developing their influencing skills
  • recognising the importance of divesting themselves of individual tasks
  • understanding their role in the strategic alignment to the organisational strategy

  • leading change through the design and deployment of effective change and communication plans

The Enterprise Leader

For General Manager level and above

  

Empowering leaders to drive vision and purpose through their leadership capabilities. Navigation of complex environments shaping a culture of performance enabling their organisation to achieve its vision. This program focuses on:-

  • develop the ability to manage ambiguity, cultivate innovation and influencing
  • enhancing story telling capability to inspire and motivate

This program is focused on assisting the enterprise leader in building executive practices to lead an engaged high performing work force.
